Design/Build:

 

The design-build process is the core of our efforts, where we design, document, prototype and produce your concept. We work with you to develop, improve and document your concept and can then implement rapid prototyping to verify form and fit. Finally, we offer small-job production in house featuring CNC routing, plastic and metal fabrication, finishing and assembly. For larger production volumes, we source, manage production and arrange logistics on your behalf.

 

Protyping:

 

Through 3D CAD technology, we develop, document and evaluate a concept, and can then implement rapid prototyping to verify form and fit. Finally, we produce material-specific samples for customer review. Any or all of these steps are available whether we or others are to produce the final product. 

 

On-Site Consultation:

 

Although we are not installers, we offer on-site consultations to direct and verify installations and validate implementations. This is especially helpful with custom products and complex systems, and where you want to know that a result is consistent with its concept.

 

DMX and Controller Programming:

 

Lighting system controls sometimes require programming and system integration. We offer DMX programming, controller setup, and cross-system communications for simple to complex results.
